In some instances it may take an extra day or two to deliver to remote areas. If you are unsure, please contact us for exact delivery times. We utilise the services of three different courier companies to ensure your BabyJanes purchase is delivered in the fastest possible time. All deliveries must be sent to a fixed address, (home, work, hospital). PO Boxes will not be accepted. Please note that deliveries will only be made Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and a signature maybe required upon delivery. If you are not home when the parcel arrives, a calling card will be left for you to contact the courier company for alternate arrangements. You can request deliveries be left without a signature, however BabyJanes will not be held responsible for purchases left unattended once delivery has occurred.
